Notes on aircraft types

Certain Boeing 789 aircraft have a Super Economy Class, comprising of rows 31 to 33. Seat selection is unavailable for this class, however, passengers can upgrade their cabin for a fee. In this case, row 34 corresponds to the first row (row 31) of Basic Economy Class.
Certain Boeing 789 aircraft have a Comfort Economy Class, with rows 31 to 34 providing extra legroom seats that can be reserved by paying with cash or rewards points.
As the emergency exit row is located in the first row of Economy Class on the Airbus 330-300 (A338), it is possible that you may not be assigned a seat in row 31 if the aircraft type is changed to A338. If this occurs, you can reserve an alternative seat through the original seat selection channel.
