	Hainan Airlines Co. Ltd.         Mr. Zhu Yimin: born in 1961, is the president of HNA Co., Ltd. With a master degree, Mr. Zhu had worked for Civil Aviation University of China from 1983 to 1987, and then had been the senior manager of Xiamen Airlines from 1987 to August 2001. He has joined Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. since September 2001.                 Mr. Wang Yingming: born in 1963, is now the standing deputy president of HNA Co., Ltd. Graduating from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Mr. Wang had worked as planning engineer, division manager, standing vice general manager, and general manager of Maintenance Dept respectively in HNA, and vice general manager of Yangtze River Express.                 Mr. Mou Weigang, born in 1962, is now the vice president of HNA Co., Ltd. Graduating from the First Flying Institute of Air Force, Mr. Mou was appointed as General Commander of No. 20 Devision, and deputy Chief of Staff of No.8 Regiment of the Air Force, and later on he was appointed to be the vice standing General Manager of Flying Dept of HNA Co., Ltd.
Mr. Liu Dan, born in 1971, is now the CFO of HNA Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu graduated from Zhongnan University of Economic and Law.

	Mr. Zhang Shanghui, born in 1971, is the Secretary of BOD of HNA.

	Xinhua Airlines Co. Ltd.
Mr. Liu Jiaxu, born in 1963, is the chairman of China Xinhua Airlines. Being a graduate student of Economic Dept of Star University of Japan, Mr. Liu has been appointed to be the director of auditing and law office of HNA Airlines, Deputy President of HNA Group, and now the CEO of HNA Group.
Mr. Yang Jinglin, born in 1956, is the Executive President of China Xinhua Ailirns Co. Ltd. Educated in the major of Economic Management, Mr. Yang used to be appointed as Deputy General Manager and Deputy Executive President of China Xianhua Airlines, and managing vice general manager of Yangtze River Express Company and now is also the chief director of Beijing Operational Base of HNA.

	Mr. Wang Shaoping, born in 1956, is the Deputy Executive President of China Xinhua Airlines Co. Ltd. Obtained the master degree of business administration of Mattstricht School of Management of Netherlands, Mr. Wang used to be appointed as Assistant to the General Manager of Maintenance Dept, General Manager of Maintenance Dept. and deputy director of Beijing Operational Base of HNA.

	Ms. Deng Yao, born in 1962, is now the CFO and GM of Planning and Financial Dept of China Xinhua Airlines Co., Ltd. Graduated from China Civil Aviation Management Institute, Ms. Deng received her bachelor degree in Central Party School of the CPC majoring in economic management. She has been appointed to be assistant to CFO of HNA Group, GM and CFO of China Xinhua Airlines, chairman of Xinhua Catering Company, Standing vice GM of Planning and Financial Dept of HNA Group, and Standing vice GM of HNA Financing Company.

	Chang'an Airlines Co. Ltd.
Mr. She Yining, born in 1945, is the chairman of Chang’an Air Co.Ltd. Graduated from Auto Manufacture Dept of Chang’an University, Mr. She is a senior engineer and is also appointed as the Party Committee Secretary of Xi’an HNA CPC. Mr. She was awarded as Shanxi Province Labor Model in April of 2002, and Political Consultative Committee Member of Shanxi Province in January 2003.
Mr. Hu Mingbo, born in 1962, is the Vice Chairman and General Manger of Chang’an Air Co., Ltd, and the Chief Officers of Xi’an Operation Base of Hainan Airlines as well. Graduated from the 1st Flying College of Air Force, Mr. Hu obtained his master degree of Criminal Law in Law Dept. of Sichuan University. He used to be appointed as the crew manager of Boeing 737 in the Flying and Navigation Dept, Chief Pilot of the Flying Dept, Vice General Manager of Hr Dept, Vice General Manager of Surveillance on Safety Operation Dept of Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd, and the vice director of the working group for preparation of re-organizing Yunan Shilin Tourism & Air service company as well.

	Mr. Ma Yongqing, born in 1955, is the Vice General Manager of Chang’an Air Co. Ltd. Graduated from Shanxi Financial University, Mr. Ma used to be the auditor of Shangxi Transportation Department, Chief of Financial Dept of Chang’an Air. He has been the Vice General Manager of Chang’an Air since 2000.

	Mr. Li Quan, born in 1963, is the Vice General Manager of Chang’an Air. Graduated from Civil Aviation University of China, Mr. Li joined HNA in November 1992, and used to be appointed as General Manager of Hainan Zhongya General Aviation Company, Vice General Manager of Chang’an Air, Vice General Manager of Maintenance Dept. and General Manager of Xinjiang branch, Marketing Dept. of Hainan Airlines.

	Mr. Fang Ge, born in 1962, is now the Deputy GM of Chang’an Airlines Co., Ltd. Graduated from Aihui Normal University, Mr. Fang used to be appointed as GM of Guangzhou Operation Station of Marketing Dept of HNA Airlines, Deputy GM of Marketing Dept, Director of Management Center of Xi’an Area of HNA Airlines.

	Shanxi Airlines Co. Ltd.
Mr. Qin Jianmin, born in 1951, is the chairman of Shanxi Airlines and the chairman of Shanxi Yingze HNA hotel. Graduated from Wuhan Topography Institute, Mr. Qin used to be the manager of administration office, managing vice general manager and manager of Shanxi Airlines. He has been the chairman of Shanxi Airlines and the Vice Executive President of Hainan Airlines Co. Ltd. in 2001. He has been concurrently appointed as chairman of Shanxi Yingze HNA Hotel in 2005 as well.
Mr. Zhang Jingsheng, born in 1960, is the General Manager of the airlines and the captain and pilot trainer for B737 as well. Graduated from Aviation Institute of Air Force, Mr. Zhang had been appointed as pilot for air force, deputy director of operation center of safety office of China Xinhua Airlines, deputy GM of Safety Operation and Surveillance Dept of HNA Group, Assistant to GM of Chang’an Airlines, GM of Flying Dept of Chang’an airlines, and deputy GM, GM of Shanxi airlines.

	Mr. Zhang Qingkao, born in 1952, is the standing vice general manager of Shanxi Airlines. Graduated from Civil Aviation University of China, Mr. Zhang used to be appointed as the vice manager of maintenance dept, station manager of Shijiazhuang operation base of HNA, and assistant to the General Manager of Shanxi Airlines, and standing vice general manager of Shanxi Airlines.

	Mr. Fan Rui, born in 1971, is the vice general manager of Shanxi Airlines. Graduated from Shanxi University, Mr. Fan used to be appointed as director of administration office, assistant to the general manager of the previous Shanxi Airlines and later on the vice general manager of the reformed Shanxi Airlines.

	Mr. Guo Jian, born in 1955, is the vice general manager and CFO of Shanxi Airlines. Graduated from Industry and Enterprise Management Dept. of Shanxi Radio and Television University, Mr. Guo has been appointed at many key position in Chang’an Airlines, and transferred to Shanxi airlines as deputy GM and CEO.
