The Boeing 737-300 is a twin-engine short-medium range jetliner that the Boeing Company began developing in 1981. For the first time, high bypass ratio CFM56 engines were used to improve fuel efficiency and reduce noise. The 737-400 is a stretched version of the 737-300. With the fuselage 1.8m and 1.2m stretched before and after the wings, the plane can carry more passengers.
